Today in class, we watched a video over how to use proper techniques in a interview, how to set up a interview and how to be comfortable in a interview. In a interview the little things matter a lot like where the interviewer and the person being interviewed are sitting, where the cameras are placed, and the type of questions you ask. When asking questions in a interview try and make a connection with the person you are interviewing. When asking a question try and go into depth with the questions you ask and always remember to ask at the end,"is there anything else to add." The more comfortable the person being interviewed is, there is a more likely chance that they will open up and give you more in depth answers. When filming always use the rule of thirds, and make sure the person being interviewed has the proper look, and is looking in the right direction. While interviews can come off as easy to some, there is actually a lot of little things that you need to have a great interview.
